At Woven, we want you to love your home. If your new rug or textile doesn’t feel quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your space is perfect.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided, then securely repackage your items in their original Woven packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your box at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
